McCartney Mania, South Florida’s most popular Beatles tribute band and the Academy Orchestra come together again in this symphonic rock extravaganza celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts album.  The Sgt. Pepper album is considered by many as one of the most influential albums ever made forever changing the world of music.  Not only were each of the songs unique in their form and structure, but added never attempted and highly creative sound recording techniques.  This concert offers the rare opportunity to experience a live performance of the entire album from start to finish!  All arrangements and orchestration of this collaboration are by Thomas Servinsky, the Academy Orchestra’s conductor and director.

Eissey Campus Theatre

What better way to tell the story of the orchestra than to invite back many of our prestigious alumni in a performance by the Academy Orchestra, the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony’s own mentoring orchestra?  Conducted by Thomas Servinsky, this very special concert features award-winning pianist extraordinaire, Lindsay Garritson, who will join the group performing Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.

With pride and joy the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony welcomes back these accomplished alumni from across the country, who are continuing our vision to keep the classical arts alive and strong as the youth symphony celebrates its 30th season.

Some music traverses time ultimately connecting generations through its profound expression of the universality of human experience.  Some of those masterworks have solos that are so finely crafted that they become the defining signature of those pieces.  The music selected for this concert contain those gems that reach out to the listener and become etched into memory.

This performance includes Rossini’s William Tell Overture, Mendelssohn’s Fingal’s Cave, Saint Saen’s Danse Macabre, several movements of the Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite, the Capriccio Espagnole by Rimsky-Korsakov, and the Comedian’s Gallop by Kabalevsky.
The musicians of the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony invite you to join them at this fall concert celebrating the orchestra’s 30th season.

For centuries, classical composers have realized a rich source of inspiration in the intrigue, romance, pathos, and whimsy found in a wealth of fairytales and princess stories. PRINCESS DREAMS, as part of the 30th Anniversary concert season of the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony, brings some of those great works to life. This performance includes Ravel's PAVANNE FOR A DEAD PRINCESS, Tchaikovsky's.. WALTZ from SLEEPING BEAUTY, and Rimsky-Korsakov's beloved work, SCHEHERAZADE in a performance fit for a king.  The spring concert also includes our 2018 Concerto Competition Winner.
